POLICIES
APPOINTMENTS
We welcome walk-ins but recommend that you make an appointment ahead time to make sure you don’t have to wait to get your treatment. Call to schedule an appointment at (561) 372-1209. We require a $50. deposit to hold an appointment for any service required. If you call reschedule before the 72 hours you will lose your deposit. If you reschedule 72 hours or before your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. Only one reschedule is allowed 72 hours or before.

CONSULTATIONS
There is a $25 penalty for no-shows / cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled consultation appointment. If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation. If you decide to book a procedure after consultation your $25 will be applied to your procedure otherwise it will be refunded to you. Our time and your time is valuable and we want to make sure we will have a successful consultation.

TOUCH-UP SESSION
Each Microblading treatment includes a Touch-up session which is included in the treatment cost. The Touch-up session must be completed within six weeks of the original treatment (we recommend that you schedule your Touch-up session before you leave the salon otherwise we cannot guarantee your touchup). If you fail to show up to your six-week appointment, your Touch-up session will be subject to full price. No cancellations or reschedule are accepted for touch up appointments.

MAINTENANCE
The timing for Maintenance Sessions is calculated from the date of the last treatment. For example, if you had your Microblading treatment on January 1st, and your Touch-up session on March 1st, then the six-month period for Maintenance Session ends on September 1st. 

CANCELATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged the deposit of the treatment.

LATENESS
Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment (for new clients, please plan on fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time for intake forms). We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.

REFUNDS
All treatments and packages are non-refundable.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS
We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform any semi-permanent treatments on women who are pregnant, or on anyone who is under the age of 18 without parental consent.
