MICROBLADING
What is Microblading ?
First and foremost you still have to understand that microblading in its essence is not permanent brow tattooing that many other people think.
Microblading is sometimes called eyebrow embroidery and is a relatively new, manual method. It is considered to be semi-permanent makeup, whereas the traditional hair stroke technique is more permanent makeup. It is done using a very fine blade to deposit pigments into the epidermis.

Microblading is becoming an incredibly popular treatment because of more and more people like the fine results that it can offer. The pigment is implanted in the basal membrane, which divides the epidermis from the Dermis layer of the skin. This technique is, therefore, more superficial than tattooing. The strokes appear crisp and very fine because they are impacting color closer to the surface and there is no spilling under the skin.

This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present.

This amazing Eye Brow treatment suits people who have the wrong Brow shape, over plucked eyebrows, loss of hair or patchy areas that will not grow back or through medical reasons, such as Alopecia or chemotherapy. Microblading gently enhances your natural features, giving clients more confidence in their overall appearance.

People suffering from alopecia or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from Microblading as well as people, who simply are not happy with their eyebrows.

The pigments used in this method have been formulated to match your original eyebrow color and if your eyebrows are still present, blend perfectly into them.

The results are a natural, flawless, fuller-looking brow. Initially, the brows appear darker but fade significantly over a two week period. It is absolutely crucial to have a touch up done because it is very difficult to predict how well the skin will retain the pigment.

Paola takes a photo of you so that she can study the symmetry of your features. Nobody’s face is totally symmetrical and you need to be realistic with your expectations. There is no point in trying to match a photo of your favorite Celebrity's Eyebrows if your face shape looks nothing like theirs.

Paola uses a Sterile Microblading tool and disposable blade during your procedure and uses regulated permanent makeup high-quality pigments, specially manufactured for Micro-pigmentation.

At the beginning of your treatment #1 numbing cream is applied, you will feel a scratching feeling when Paola is marking the shape and design of the brow with her hand tool and then a #2 numbing cream is applied, which is absorbed into the skin within a few seconds. Once the cream is absorbed very little feeling remains.

IMPORTANT AfterCare:

Residual pigment, blood etc, can arise from the open wounds, so during the first 24 hours, we ask the client to “wash the skin gently” to remove/prevent build up and dust particles, you should dab this away 3-4 times in the first day. You can use cool water with a damp cotton pad to prevent drying out and scabs forming. Don’t panic if dry patches or scabs appear as this can be taken care of in the second touch-up appointment.

Apply the ointment cream over your brow area 3-4 times a day for the first 7 days to avoid scabbing. There are many suitable natural oils that are good for this such as grape seed oil. almond oil and coconut oil. These oils heal the brow area holistically as well as getting the best results in retaining pigment color in the skin
